Raysen Factory Tour1

Raysen’s factory is in the Zone A of Zheng-an International Guitar industrial Park. When touring the Raysen factory, you will get a firsthand look at the whole production processes and instruments from raw wood or blank chassis form to finished guitar. The tour usually begins with a brief introduction to the history of the factory and the types of guitars they produce. You’ll then be taken through the various stages of guitar production, starting with the selection and processing of raw wood materials.

The raw wood materials, such as mahogany, maple, and rosewood, are carefully selected for their quality and unique characteristics. These materials are then shaped and crafted into the various components of the guitar, including the body, neck, and fingerboard. The factory’s skilled craftsmen use a combination of traditional woodworking techniques and modern machinery to ensure precision and accuracy in the construction process.

As you continue the tour, you’ll witness the assembly of the guitar components, including the installation of hardware such as tuning pegs, pickups, and bridges. The finishing process is another fascinating stage of guitar production, as the guitars are sanded, stained, and polished to achieve their final luster and sheen.
